whats happening to me?this is not th first time, it feels like im not in the mood in playing chess, my brain is like not with me in playing chess, what am i going to do??my rating droped like 70 pts., how can i get back to my game??I know I'm not the only one who expirience this...
Elubas
This happens to me. It probably means your brain is too tired from all of the chess or work. If you get some more rest your mind should be refreshed which I think greatly improves your performance. But this type of thing can easily happen after playing chess all day.

I often drop that many points in one day. I just wonder why it takes 2 weeks to get them back
ohh i see, so you mean i should have to take a rest for playing chess?
Yeah, maybe take a day or two off of it or only playing a little.
ok thanks Elubas!!

just FORCE yourself to play chess. tell someone u know in real life about chess.com and get them interested then play chess with them. it might make it more interesting....

I call it 'Chess Burnout'. I am actually experiencing this right now too. The only sure way out is to cut loose from Chess for about a week. The hunger for the game will come back and when it does you'll probably find you come back stronger.
