There's a reason computers come with opening databases and endgame TB.  They're only good at finding forcing moves.  They're only really good at the middle game.

Whatever they find for the first move is prejudice on how they've been told to evaluate, it's not based on any meaningful calculation.  So regardess of how long you let it run, among thoes three (e4, d4, Nf3) there is no right answer.

Even Anand changed his 1st move, as for people under 2200, they can get away with about anything.  (Tactics and endgame decide these matches)

D4 is PROVEN to deliver the most points per one hundred games.

Let's think about what we are talking about here.  The basic unit of evaluation is the value of one pawn = 1.00.  A pawn is worth three tempi, according to experience.  So, a tempo is roughly 0.33 in value.  White has the advantage of the first move, which is half a tempo, or 0.16 - 0.17.  For at least the first few moves White should be able to maintain at least that "advantage" - although all engines consider that to be in the "=" range.

So if a strong engine examines the initial position and finds White + 0.25 with 1 e4, it is only claiming about 0.08 of a pawn difference from what already exists naturally.  Similarly, rating 1 d4 at + 0.09 is a similar amount under the base.  None of this has any statistical significance at all!

Choose your openings based on what you feel most comfortable with, the ones which lead to the sort of positions you enjoy playing.  Use chess engines to find your mistakes and missed tactical opportunities, but the choice of opening is closely related, in humans, to personal style, and no engine can tell you what style is best for you.
