Nakamura is rising quickly for sure.

He's back near the top. We will see this time how it ends. 
It's not all about what peak rating you achieve but also how long you stay in thereabouts . Caruana's peak rating just isn't comparable to Carlsen's or Kasparov's.
But don't forget Kasparov was one of the best of the world for almost 20 years or something like that
They added Women's highest ever raings, too! I put it in post #1.
I'd like to see a list adjusted for inflation!
