How do you block someone if their not in live chess?

So recently a person's been flaming on my wall and blocked me, and I didn't even provoke him; He just found the urge to block me because I posted a diagram of a possible drawing position. I want to block him really badly, but I don't know how to besides in live chess. Any help? And I also sent a report of that person, but it seems that the chess.com staff doesn't think that a person who is getting wall-spammed/flamed is important to them.

Block is a option at there spam messages in your profile comments. So next time he makes a commnet just block him...
