Im admire you Hluek, self mastery is a very difficult thing to do.  I tried that but often times failed. Discipline is so hard to attain.  To control your urge seem unsustainable unless you are a saint.

It is not completely possible I hear. But we make in-roads...a bit more each time we try many times.

We think about incidents more as we grow older and handle similar ones differently.

This guy divides into biological impulses and reasoned advancement, for self-discipline.

The budhist path to dealing with suffering is to believe you dont exist.

thanks for the above material Hluek. there was once a budhist who bacame ill. In the brink of death, he dreamed about hell and he saw budha and other monks suffered in agony. When he recovered he changed to christianity. this is a true story.

Only Christ resurrected from the dead with many witnesses. Only He claimed to be the way, the truth and the life. Archeological findings even proove that Christ really existed. All apostles died martyr just to spread the gospel. Anyone who is willing to die for something knows what truth is that he is willing to let go of life.

    therefore I believe Jesus.
