...post a chess game in a forum message (one where the board and pieces are shown as well as the moves?) 

1.go to game...and click on "download pgn"

2.select "open with notepad"...copy

3.click on the little chessboard above the comment box and select "post game or sequence of moves" then "use pgn file" and paste the text there
