In V3 us this link: https://www.chess.com/settings/themes

If that doesn't work try deleting all cookies or just the chess.com cockies if you know how to in your browser. Log off chess.com and reboot your computer and try loging in again. Then use the link and try again. While in V3 you can also use the link: www.chess.com/classic to make V3 look a bit more like V2 used to ?? Good Luck

This thread two weeks ago reported another broken theme page.

https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/themes-not-working

JD responded that they were working on it.

You don't have the theme plugin installed do you?

Also, when you change your theme in Settings > Themes does it show a change there at all? Does changing your piece set work? Also, since you would have had to upload that color or used the extension (since it isn't an option) have you tried uploading something else?

I plan on  using v2 while it is still here. They actually said once that it would be gone after 9/30/17 but it is still here. Maybe they can't figure out how to kill the v2 beast.....until they do it has my loyalty.Cool

Thanks to whoever restarted this thread.

I never new it existed.

V3  is OK for playing games, and like more than many admit, I switch back to V2, which in spite of the fact it has bits falling off it, (by design or neglect or both it is hard to tell), I am always going back to it.

I have already indicated that when V2 is killed, I cannot see what motivation I will have to remain a member. Only habit would keep me here, and a few interesting people I have encountered, more to the point.

Well said, Burton, I am almost tempted to delete my thread which I was composing in your very act of posting.

The cockies in Australia all say Hello, even the ones in the wild. I kid you not. The mothers must teach it to the fledglings, as they know it will get you food from humans.

A cockatoo or two for you. The main ones in Sydney are the Sulphur crested ones who climb into garbage bins and spill the wrappings of food scraps everywhere!

Sounds like a fancy pigeon.

I came home one day and there were a number of them clambering around the fir tree in my front yard, snipping off the nuts? seeds? and dropping a lot of mini branches on the ground. Beautiful birds, albeit a bit loud. The galahs aren't quite as loud nor quite as messy, I think.

I still much prefer both sorts of cockatoos to the big ibises that seem to have made their home down at the train station, crapping all over the footpath.

There was a guy involved in breaking up the terror attack at Glasgow airport, known by his friends as Smeeto... he later decided he would stand for parliament, until he came across his first tv interview as a political candidate. Interviewed by Bernard Ponsonby (who knows his stuff), Smeeto was soon reduced to answers like "i'll check on that and get back to you"...

Sounds awfully similar to me.

Sounds like this...
