Many of us play many games here, or in other chess-servers. However, how many of you go to a Chess Club or play against someone in a real Board?
I go to my college chess club in a weekly basis, where I play usually blitz games, or rapid games (at least 6 games). I think it is nicer and more entertaining than playing online. I also like to go to Tournaments.
What about you guys.
Depends on if there's a tournament in my area. If not, around 5-10. If so, it could be anywhere from 10-25, depending on size, tiebreaks, other factors.
I play around 6 OTB board games a week in my school chessclub but thats about it..
the rest is online.
I play 2-4 long OTB games a week, at my chess club.
i havent played an OTB game in 8-9 years lol
It really depends what's happening on the week. If I'm playing a Club Championship game, I'm likely to just play the one, and then spend the rest of the evening trying to solve the puzzles in Chess magazine or perhaps looking at the inter-club correspondence games.
ZERO
About 15-30 per week. Some blitz, some regular.
If I go to the local clubs and play (Thur. and Fri. are the hot nights here), I can get hundreds of games in a single week. But with the Internet being so handy, sometimes it's hard for me to justify spending gas money and time to go play 5 minute games OTB.
I should go more. LOL!
right now 0. no one in my school is good enough to compete with me and I cant really find anyone to play with on a weekly basis
Not enough, I used to play 3 games a week and now play one game every 3 months or so.
None
Usually around 3 30 minute games at my club.
none,no club near me
One, maybe two a week. They're not even timed...
At least 30 a week.
Not as many as I'd like.
I would be satisfied to play one each day, but in my soraunding there is no any chess club or someone who is interested in chess. So, i play it here or spending time on analizing games in my chess books...
I agree. OTB games are much more exciting for me than on the internet. I usually play two 105 minutes per person games in a week. Sometimes more, depends if the game was a mindbreaker or not.
