how to study with a computer?

i was wondering as to what the best way is to study with a computer program. i am currently using chessmaster Grandmaster Edition.

I like to use Fritz from Chessbase. Fritz has blunder analysis. I only look at games where I loose.  I have to admit most of my games end in blunder. Laughing Sometimes just stepping through them allows me to ask the question, "Why did I do that?" YMMV.
