Well hey, I didn't play chess.com much lately because I've been playing other places, over the board tournaments, etc.

When lenny said he was back I gladly accepted his challenge.

Now I am 1500.  Lol. =)  That guy is GOOD.  I never faced a more difficult opponent IN MY LIFE.  I'm talking pure awesome hypnotic ability to make me mate myself.

Damn, that's funny! I'd call it chessboard slapstick.

That's got to be the funniest chess game I've ever seen.

This might happen to me too, really quick. Not only does our game bear the menacing title of

dued; i'm cleen and meen now    (yikes!)

but I was aghast when Lenny played the unconventional 8...Ke1! returning the king to his original square.

I ventured to ask him about it, saying flippantly "You won't get your king to the back rank that way..."

and he actually replied

"yoer not plaing by those ruels dued; so no i'm comming aftir you."

I'm in big trouble.

This loss is the almost equivalent of being slapped in the face with a flip flop.

For members who may not have been on chess.com very long, here are some links to help you aquaint yourself with some chess.com community history... Lenny was an eccentric character who played by the rules of trying to get his king to the other side of the board. He is one of a few members to achieve a 0 rating.

Anyways, the links...
