Of course, cheating hurts the game as a whole and poisons the atmosphere. It hurts everybody and especially those whose just results were stolen. However, these accusations should not be spewed all over the forums since it creates distrust and we don't want to turn this site into a witch hunt.

Please do not publically accuse other member of cheating. If you suspect someone is cheating, please use the "Report Abuse" link on the bottom of every page. I can assure you each and every report of cheating sent in is taken very seriously.
