pls help ma to improve my chess and i want to get some 150 fide points my fide rateing is 14--

@OP: Chess.com already has lots of tools to help you improve! As a diamond member, you have full access to all of them. Research the articles, watch the videos, and strengthen what you already know to be the weak points in your game. Study the endgame first. Use Tactics Trainer and Chess Mentor. Join groups and participate in their matches and Vote Chess games, and ask your teammates for specific tips (not advice on in-progress games, however!). You already have everything you could want to improve your game!

I've got some magic beans.

Good that you want to improve, thats half the battle. Let me show you a sample training method (1700-1900):
1. Solve combinations from anthology of chess combinations/any tactical books or websites (not more than 5 each day)
2. Read dvoretsky's endgame manual. Don't study, just go through.
3. Check your opening repertoire with engines, if possible have some lines for yourself to use in tournament.
4. Play games esp 5 mins here in chess.com. Use your openings and analyse with engines after every game esp if the opening is your repertoire.
Its just a rough guidelines. Individuals are all different ie what works for one do not necessarily works for another. Find out your weakness why did you lose certain games, if its because of blunder, you need lots of tactical puzzles. Do you normally stands better in the openings or are you the one fighting for equality? Did you see any swing in your game like winning at one moment and lost the game? Those are some of the questions you got to ask yourself.
Let me know how exactly is your problem.
Since your fide rating is 14-- and chess.com rating 18--, it clearly tells me you need lots of experience otb. If your young why not have a personal chess coach.

Buy some magic beans?
Dybvad1992
I've got some of those beans, they are alright... Let's you improve well, but rather buy the drink called "Improve in chess by drinking this drink", its awesome! Why have to study hard?? Theres always an easier way!
Ok, so you did all the things that I set forward, thats good. Do you play fide tournaments? Do you like opening study more than ending?
Since you want to increase 150 elo points. Here is what I think you should do :
1.Play a tournament below elo 2000.
2. win games against 1600 above or just draw some games...that would be easy believe me cos you already follow my training system.
3. In a tournament increase 50 elo each by beating the next class of players ie 1600-1800. (tournament = 10/11 rounds)
4. Play another two tournaments and repeat the above performance. 3x50 = 150 thats it.
But the question is how to win those games? Simply its tactics. Solve 5 tactics/combinations from anthology/any tactics book. Do this 1 week before the tournament.
If you want to improve without putting down work, the only solution is illegal methods. lol

You want to improve your chess?First thing you have to do is stop bothering with rating.
Chess improvement is basically 3 things:Books , games , analysis
1)Books ,and when I say books , I mean very good books.DVDs , videos , forget them. They are good just to give you a general idea but for serious study you need the best books out there.Be careful because there is , unfortunately , a lot of garbage.
Good books need carefull and repeated study. You have to read them again and again.
Focus on endgame and middlegame and also study the games of the great players of the past.
2)Games ,
You need good games against strong opponents.Lose , lose , lose and lose again.Don't worry about winning , wins will eventually come.
3)Analysis
You need to analyse games.Win or lose , analyse your games , find your mistakes try not to repeat them , try to learn from every one of them.
Also analyse the games you will read on books ,always assume that the writer , no matter how good he is , has made a mistake.Try to find it , you won't but always try to find it.
