here is the deal...
sometime between january 2004 and january 2007 i remember, vaguely, reading a book review in chess life magazine about a book that talks about chess as being mystical, religious, something along those lines. i know for a fact it is NOT the chess artist by hallman and it's not the may 2005 issue of chess life with the sacred game on the cover.
if you have the issues and can check for me, could you please check the book review section of the following chess life magazine issues?
2004 - january through july, october and november
2005 - february, october, december
2006 - january, march, april, june, july, september, november and december.
i may be just remembering wrong, but i don't have those issues to check. if you happen to know what book i'm talking about, or can think of what book i might be talking about, please mention it...
i would greatly appreciate it.
