Last night I played a few games on Live Chess. All alot of fun. One game was great, was very close. Now I am normally a person who doesnt get angry or annoyed, but I find when I play chess with someone I hate them, UNTIL the game is over, then win or lose I tell them good game and so on. I really dont hate them at all but I find I get in that mind set while playing. Perhaps its something to do with the fact you cant see the person and all they are is a mysterious force moving about the board stealing your precious pieces!

Anyway I was amused that this last night as I realized a person I hated for 10 mins was actually very nice and after the game we congratulated each other on a fine contest. I suppose its the competitive spirit that could cause this.

Anyone else get like this?
