For me,Chess is a really seriously game.I think I would need to be very concentrate to play good.
Narz
It's serious & it's fun at the same time. I need to concentrate to play well also, in blitz I'm rarely in the zone so I'm trying to stick with slow & coorespondence.
For my particular constitution long OTB (over the board) games are the best. I think I improved the most when playing regularly at my clib in California at G/110. Coorespondence it's hard to resist using analysis board rather than figuring out all the variations in my head.

I'm not sure. It's summer, so I have PLENTY of time, but that will change soon.
Niekro
I get pretty nervous before each game cause I wanna win so bad. Losing can be fun too though.

Any season any place i love chess and think of it. I even just close my eyes sometimes a visionlize a board with pieces and play that way. I am in high school still everyday i bring a chess board with me to play. I no one wants to play i play blind chess with myself. My classes last year most of the time i could excluding gym there was at least one student or even the teacher who wanted to play. i remember my Living in contemperary world class we would try to play everyday. Chess has be proven to help in school. Even if we didn't want to play normal chess we would play a variant called losing chess. instead of checkmating your opponet you want to lose all your pieces and if capture is possible you must capture so it's hard.

Yes, definitely. However, this mostly applies to OTB. My online chess activities are purely for fun or geared to improving OTB.

Hmm... I've never thought about that. I would consider it casually serious (if you know what I mean. lol
