insanity is good for the mind

The only studies I've heard seem to suggest that Chess, like crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, Scramble, ect, all benefit the mind from young to old. Insanity isn't embeded into any game, the personality that plays the game might be likely to become obessive about things and a particular game but it isn't related to a game like Chess.

I think too much studying chess will turn you insane. I think it was the reason Waitzkin stopped chess. he did not want to become Bobby Fischer, again. because he knew Bobby was crazy.

John..josh is okay-ish in his martial arts,but to me he was a natural chess,so young,so talented,so quick.you should download his movie.i think chess does appear to make others insane more than other sports but i also think this ultimately lies with ones personality,approach to the game.you need a healthy personality and approach..and a well balanced social,mental,physical and spiritual life.you should be ok.musacha still waiting on that great idea..your thoughts.
