Asking for or giving advice on an ongoing game is generally looked down on, so let me just point out that in any game, if you believe you are winning and your opponent believes he has a draw, it is up to your opponent to prove it to you, either by forcing the draw outright or by showing that you can not make progress to your expected victory.

b) Your rating is 1329, and you don't know whether this is a win or draw????

b) I do know how the game will play out based on the rules of the games as I know them.
