Im in this position where I could just do a repeat check? Is this considererd rude?

Asking for help about a game in progress is considered cheating. Ask a general question (rather than a question about a specific game) and I'll be happy to answer.

Im not asking for what to move Im asking if I keep checking if its rude. Would the 50  repeditive move apply?

Oh ok. "Perpetual check" is not rude, it's a legitimate way to force a draw. The main rule to keep in mind is: "if the same position appears on the chessboard 3 times in the same game, the game is a draw". 

Another rule states, "after 50  consecutive moves without a pawn move or piece capture the game is a draw".

not 'the game is a draw', but 'either player can claim a draw'. [for the 3-move rep.]

I don't think it's rude if it's the best option you have.  If you're in a position that would make it difficult or impossible to win, the best play you have is to try to force a draw, whether it's through repeated positions or attempting to engineer a stalemate.
