Well I hadn't heard it before. One technique I utilised in a friendly game was to constantly give "advice" in an obnoxiously loud voice, ranging from 'LIVE WIRES ARE DELICIOUS' to 'BUY PIZZA. PAY IN SNAKES'. It works, flawlessly.

It's really easy to convince someone that you're going to hurt them.

It's quite difficult to convince someone that you won't.
