It really depends upon whether the board is open or closed in position. 2 Knights are "generally" better in closed positions and Bishops are better in open positions.

A pawn is actuallynot considered a piece, but a unit. I call it piece anyways

The rooks are hard to get out until you take either the opponents 2 bishops or knights then they are most likely safe to come out...
My opponents pieces in general are my least favourite. I've got nothing but love for all my pieces.
Having a dislike for a certain piece is a sure way of making your play worse.
