I always enjoyed your contributions. I wish you good fortune and perhaps someday I can once again enjoy your company. Smile

Emotionally dysfunctional losers with no lives need hobbies, too.

Why close your account?  Just leave it open and come back when you have the time.

Sounds like sensible advice to me.

Your enthusiastic contributions on this site were valuable and always polite. I enjoyed our game. Good luck to you.

It is illegal to go around smacking the p!$$ out of inconsiderate, insensative, heartless @$$#0l#$, so I play chess and make friends instead with emotional attachments...

I was in the same situation, what I did when I thought I spent too much time here is to change my pass to something like: )#(@Y(YRU@H(*&R(@(*8797490172907IUHUY#TGEGU

and then went Cold Turkey for 3 weeks, and recovered my account via e-mail when the time was right.

I've also got lots of University work to do (you may have noticed I haven't been very active lately). I hope it doesn't come to me closing my account as well (though I don't see why it should; that's what vacation's for after all Smile).

Why close your account? Why not just cancel your Diamond membership and reactivate it when you return?

If your request is granted, it may take an additional 60 days to process which is much faster than many other sites.
