I have played the Chess Partner a few times now , and I managed to beat it twice, (see my profile photos, for final positions).

It does not record the game moves , so I cannot replay the game

Yesterday I got to stalemate , but the Partner refused to admit it was a stalemate, just kept waiting for me to move

There were only 3 possible moves for me and each time the king was put back into the starting position. Does this happen a lot ?

I've forced a draw, making us both have only kings...and i made about 30 more moves with my king before it stopped.

If you download Winboard, you can enter the game on that board as well while playing LCP.  This will maintain a complete record of the game with little effort.  Just save the file when the game is over.

PS - If you want to do more than observe the acual game in .pgn - for example, print a copy of the code with the moves fully listed - just open the file with Notepad, Textpad, or most any text editor.
