Looking for Chromebook Chess App that allow board to be set

I want to use my new Chromebook as a chess board so I can set up chess problems from various books then try to solve them. Does anyone know of such an app that works on a Chromebook. I also have a Macbook so that would be a second, less desirable alternative.Thanks for your help.wbs
