Good idea! Fide should post its bottom 100 along with its top 100 rating list.
I think FIDE registers the rating only from a certain point, I think they just lowered it to 1200. That means you can't have a FIDE rating lower than that...
I'm not sure, I should probably check before posting this but I'm a rebel who lives by his own rules.
Their current floor is 1000, lowest rated guy is this guy:
