Fool's mate, aka scholar's mate.
I always thought fool's mate was where you lost in three moves. But I had never seen this before. Or heard of it. It didn't seem to me that my opponent was being stupid or anything. Just making an unconventional opening. Then I thought, "Hang on a minute. If I move my Queen there, is that check-mate?"
Not many people seem to believe it is possible, but here it is. White loses after two moves
