I have been doing alot more forums and such and my member points have been going up, but I am not sure what they are. I was wondering what they are for and why we have them, if anyone can anwser my question please do so, I am stumped! `: {

Memberpoints are a reflection of your community involvement. Each time you post in a thread, it goes up by one. Articles and Blogs are worth a bit more. They aren't worth anything tangible, nor do they any longer earn you a shirt, but they're a fun indicator of how much content you add to the overall community.

And...the lastest updates from chess.com have provided us with a link on 'member points'.  Click it, see what you get.  Although Raels contribution is good too. ;)
