well, if you dont learn to enjoy endgames, you will never get off the 1000 platform! endgames are fun! the pain in your opponets after losing sucha simple dry position with only  or 4 pieces on the board. the endgame is my favorite stage of the game.

I've only started to enjoy endgames because only now at 1800-1900 level I'm starting to get some-kind of grip on them

Couple things wrong with that.

3.Yeah! That's why you make mistakes, because of your headaches. Oh yeah, and your total lack of experience, poor tactics, no opening theory, and not having a clue in the endgame?

I still haven't got to enjoy endgames. I usually win before we get that far...

Oh, and I also got my PhD degree today.
