The inside joke is a reference to the TV show of course, but there's nothing weird about it. I've had 2 back operations, so I bought an inversion table. You hang up-side down, and all the blood rushes to your head, and you get a hard on. I think I'll try playing a game of chess up-side down. If I'm not back in 30 minutes, call 911. I past out.
