Yeah, that is the Scandanavian. The Sicilian goes 1. e4 c5 while the Scandanavian goes 1. e4 d5

I know I know... i just typed the wrong thing

instead of Nb5,white should have played Be3. I don't think he bargained that black would have sacrificed his queen like that. Obviously blacks' handler studied tactics and strategies.
