How do I get a message to the chief administrator

Any particular topic?  Perhaps a general query could be handled by any of the forum readers here.

I mean, the site has 3,000,000 members (well, sort of, at least I suppose that many have stopped by), and the "chief administrator" oversees a legion of staff and helpers.  The customary approach for serious matters is to complete a 'support ticket', visit http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit

In theory, if the matter is considered serious enough, the chief administrator will end up seeing your report.

Else, you could just post a query in the Support forum.

yeah, but if even 1/10th of 1% of the 3 million who've been to chess.com "ask eric", he'll have no time left to work on the site or guide the staff (there's a 'hierarchy').
