This is how I was going to plan out my chess life and it's actually been working but i know people will see this and just say so narrowly mindingly stupid so I'm willing to try something new for a change any suggestions ?
O by the way OTB rating is 1499 so my studying can be more specific

Tactics work seems best suited to software, and such work is useful for most everyone.
A coach!? I know a decent coach won't hurt anyone but if one just sticks to the basics you don't need anyone to hold your hand.
When the conventional wisdom and hard work start to fail you, then maybe it's time for a coach.
Some aren't self-starters though, I understand.

I frankly think that hiring a coach wlile you are rated under 1000 (and under 1500 as well) is a waste of money. You don't need a coach to understand that you shouldn't hang pieces multiple times every game. But i must say that i have no direct experience in chess coaching, i might be wrong.

My study philosophy
0-200 grow a brain, develop yourself
200-800 learn and re-learn the rules (especially the initial setup and how the knight moves, promotion, etc.)
800-1200 the process of learning the castling and en passant rule
1200-1500 give away pieces freely and just keep playing on
1500-1700 give away pieces freely and resign (learn that you can castle through an attacked square if it's b8 or b1)
1700-1900 tadaa, I'm awesome, I've figured out how to play chess
1900-2100 oh wait wut, this chess stuff is actually still rather tedious
2100-2200 darnit after all these years I'm still not a master, but I came close to drawing one of them... three years ago
2200-2300 I master this game
2300-2400 mmh still awaiting my second norm
2400-2450 this has been going on for years, is there no end to it?
2450-2500 just one more norm needed
2500-2550 pfew, I can retire. What a game, what a life
2550-2650 study study study, prepare prepare prepare
2650-2750 I'm nearly broke, where's my next tournament invitation?
2750-2800 This is hard, I must not drop below 2750 and draw my way up to the 2800 group
2800-2850 I must avoid draws, stop taking my points lowly sub-2800s!!
