no email notification

SurprisedI lost a game on time, but never received an email notifying my opponent moved and it was my turn. That's crappy. I guess I learned a lesson--always go to the game and check for yourself. That's not right.

do you have "alert@chess.com" added to your safe-sender list? do you have notifications turned on for sure?

I have no problems with my HURRY ON TIME  emails, working perfectly for me,never miss a move Tongue out

Is there any way to NOT recieve any emails

They are filling up my email FAST

I checked my alert email settings and they are all properly checked. I don't know what happened. I haven't won a game yet and that I can handle. But I sure hate losing them to time constraints. I'll have to do some more checking.
