No Rematch Whine!

So I beat this guy in a 1-minute game and immediately declined his rematch request.  I didn't even pretend to have somewhere to go and I started a game against someone else.  Anyway, I was fully expecting him to freak out, but he didn't say anything.  I even asked him, "Don't you have anything to say about my win-quit-run?"  And he was like, "Dude, whatever.  It's your business."

Is this fair?  Shouldn't there be a rule that he has to whine about the no-rematch?  Chess.com needs to implement something forcing him to post on my wall about what a scumbag I am.  It would only take him a few minutes.  Don't I deserve the courtesy?  Daniel Rensch needs to be made aware of this situation.

Don't worry Malachi -- we have plenty of "courteous" people in live chess; they're generally willing to block you if you ask them nicely enough :)

Yeah! Where's the sportsmanship in not demanding a rematch so he can prove that your win was a fluke and that he was the better player? Spineless players...

Best post I've read in some time. I don't feel sorry for the entitled, instant gratification, I ME MINE, "you must give me a rematch," whiners. They are the people who received trophies for finishing in last place in little league. “Don’t cry Johnny, here’s a trophy, you are a good boy and played great, let’s go get an ice cream!”
