How do I come to lose games on time when my status is set to "vacation" ?
you won't unless your vacation time has run out. However you're not actually "on vacation" now. You have it written in your status message but that is not related. You need to go to My Home in the menu bar, select "online chess" then "settings" then "pause my games" and remember to hit save at the bottom of the page.
