I have noticed one player that i believe has 2 separate accounts and has puposely lost to themselves to gain rating points. I won't mention their name already asked staff awaiting reply. I just wondered if anyone else has noticed anything like this.

no but i think that is stupid the whole point of the rating is just to give you a idea of how well you are doing.

Yeah, I know of one too.  He has a rating of 1200+ and the other is 1900+. I was beaten by the one he used with the low rating and the other one I was able to beat.  Goodness, it is a mess!

I saw some afghani with one name like vaneesh and the other account erikvaneesh and the profile picture was the same guy in the same place just from a different angles. One of his accounts was 2000, the other one was in the 1200s. They played many times and it was always an easy mate of like 8 moves.

btw, the names up there are made up, i couldnt remember the real ones, sry

They're only deluding themselves, no real harm done.

Ha 8th moves! Not even smart enough to finish the games off in shortest amount of moves possible. Cheaters are clever... at fooling themselves.
