What can be the most overrated chess advantage?

Initiative?  Space?  Control of center?  Time left on game clock?  White moves first?  What else?

I think that in many instances during the middle-game, strong players get lax when their opponent's pawn structure is not 'pretty' like theirs. Sometimes doubled pawns are an asset. Another one that seems to hurt a lot of beginners is the illusion of a material advantage.

Initiative, space and center control are three of the most important concepts in chess! The soundness of openings I think is the most overrated thing for U2000.
