perpatual draw ???

How many check's must the king under go for the game to be a perpatual check thus the game is a draw.

Perpetual check isn't an "official" way of drawing. Games drawn by "perpetual check" are either drawn by agreement, 3-fold repition, or 50 moves without a capture or pawn move.

Hopefully by agreement unless your opponent is too thick or stubborn to do anything but play it out to the point where you can claim it.
