    im not a heavyweight in built but i have given to manny pacquiao all my support and best wishes whenever he fights in the ring.boxing not good for chessplayers.

    Gentlemen, come on now...fencing over "best exercise," is a bit much. Don't you agree it really depends on factors like age, current physical condition, and personal likes and dislikes. Whatever interests one enough to actually exercise and keep at it is a good place to start.

    But, regardless of age....anybody can meditate for health benefits and it costs exactly nothing.

    yes push up also good especially push of finger style especially 2 fingers styleor missionary style.

    yes walking is the best exercise but not 5 miles just like what the military trains to do for their legs and feet.,with packs and full combat gear.walking away from trouble is also an exercise from a learned man.
