Why do we have Mickey Mouse "tournaments" like the 960 Open? If pieces are going to start off out of position, surely this should be made clear upfront.
960 means the backrow pieces don't start in their normal position. So the tournament's name, "960 Open" made it "clear upfront".
Is there any chance that a 1300 rated player can beat a 2700 rated player?
