    Whites Plans:

Black has a weak d-pawn, and maybe white can start to apply some pressure to it by Bf4

One possible White plan: play moves like Bf4 or Bg5, then Bc2, Qd3 and Rad1 and then play d5, gaining more space with attack and if there ever is a capture take with the knight so that black has a weak d6 pawn. If black does play d5, keep the tension in the center and put the bishop on g5, Bc2, and Qd3 and be ready to jump the knight into e5 at the right time.

Black's plan: Black is definitley worse and he has to play ...d5 folowed by ...dxc4 in order to free his pieces at least a little bit. Otherwise he can't do anything. Then it's like an IQP position.

Well I don't recomend that line for black but it helps to know how to beat it with white.
