I had also been playing at playchess.com until today. My serial number/account had expired a couple of weeks ago but I was still able to log and play. Now,today, when I logged on I wasn't allowed into the "main playing hall" because it said I needed a higher rank to enter. It showed that I had no rank at all when I did...it appears that my account has been deleted or at least de-activated. I'm wondering if anyone knows that if I buy a new serial number will my old infomation be restored.
