Pre-Move Problem

Ever since i lost my membership a while ago my pre-moves lag out and never work. They never register and take way more than 0.1 seconds. I'm pretty sure membership has nothing to do with pre-moves(they worked before i got membership) but since i canceled it they just won't work. I've lost a ridiculous amount of games due to this and was wondering if anybody has the same problem and if anyone knows how to fix it. Thank you

I tried pre-move in correspondence games and I think you're right, it's not working. But it hasn't cost me any games.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention i meant in live chess specifically bullet. I've dropped over 150 points in the last month.
