do premoves account for time? i had a game today where i premoved Kc7 with 0.1 seconds remaining, but I lost on time.

on the board itself in live chess it showed that I played Kc7.

They shouldn't on chess.com but that happens sometimes alright, I think it's an effect of lag. Remember he could be premoving as well.

Considering he had a rook, you would have been unlikely to premove your way to a mate anyway - I know this wasn't your question, this is just as an aside.

On ICC premoves count for 0.1 seconds no matter what. I have no idea why this is (and think it's dumb), possibly because they don't want members to get pissed off about losing from premove.
