when a game aborted. there's only 2 conclusion: (1) player induced or (2) chess.com induced. if player induced there is only 1 conclusion.. player loss. If chess.com induced (i.e. disconnection) there should be more than 1 branching conclusion. Unfortunately, there is only 1 currently; the disconnected player loss. In fairness, there should be more than 1.

chess.com should be enabled to make fair judgement based on the weight of probability laws. To do that there should be 3 elements on record. (1) positions (2) material advantage (3) time.

The preponderance of evidence based on those 3 elements above should then guide chess.com in giving awards of draw, win, or loss.
