I asked for one of my games to be analyzed and when I go to the location where the analysis is, the board appears without pieces and there are not moves on the field where they usually are. Do you know what can the problem be?

Is it completed?

Maybe you just need to wait for it to appear?

try clearing your cache and refreshing. if that doesn't help, contact support.

Lol speaking of problems with the computer analysis... The last one i submited came back with a move and a line that the computer claimed was better then the one i played, where it says i (black) has a desisive advantage yet im checkmated a number of moves in.i reported it already but i found it to be quite enertaining.

where do u go to find the completed analysis

You just go back to the game you had completed and had analysed. The analysis should be at the right hand side.
