I pay for a monthly membership and although I'm not great at chess, I like to keep the window open. Why do I keep on getting logged out when I distract myself for a bit on one of my other screens? This didn't happen before and it was all copacetic but where am I now? I'm left with a reset analysis board and a reboot of my tactics trainer problem. What gives???

I would just like to ask a few question to help identify the problem and hopefully be able to provide a solution.

1) What device are you using? (PC/Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone)

2)What Operating System? (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac, Ubuntu, Android, Iphone)

3) What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari)

Also, how long is your screen inactive before it does that?

I would guess it times out after 15-20 minutes. It used to keep me logged in for hours though. The only time I used to get logged out is when I left it idle over night.

Are you reffering to live chess or the main site?

I persume main site, i havent come accross this before,

can you try clearing your cookies and cache please and try again.

If the problem still persists let me know

I am so frustrated with the site I am about ready to drop my membership. I have enjoyed the site for over three years, but now when I update my online games I get logged out and forced to pick a membership option. Finally I did downgrading from platinum to gold. The problem still exists. My next downgrade is to quit site. Who at the site do I contact? There is no phone # and no email address.
