For reasons that I cannot determine, I cannot make a move on the computer chess board here at Chess.com.  I have tried every way to make it work..I can get onto the chess board OK but cannot make a move.  I have tried another computer on my network but  to no avail.  Other computer sites have no such problems  I am about to see several  tourney games godown because I cannot make a move.  Any ideas on how I might fix it? Perhaps delele

If you're trying to visit here from work, your workplace may have a firewall that's interfering imo.

With Windows, you could try visiting Control Panel, create a fresh PC User account, login to chess.com while there and if things work fine there, then you'll know it's probably a cookie/cache issue (and so, clearing your cookies/cache on your regular PC User account, ought to fix the problem).  If that doesn't work, I'd wonder about your firewall.
