Hello everyone I'd  like to invite all 1400 and below players to join my tournament. Even if you are rated between 0-1400 on chess.com but your a titled player you will be kicked out. This is for the little guys to show what they got. If you can even come in the top 20 your chess future is bright in mine and many others opinions.   I wish you all  good luck.

I'd love to join but the 8 games would cripple me with the games i've already got. If you reduce it to 1 simultaneous game instead of 2 i'll join

I joined, but I'll probably withdraw if everybody is rated 300 higher than me. I don't know how it proves you have a future in chess though.

sure but this is my first tournament I've ever created here so how do I edit the tournament and change things like that.

If you ever want to get better you have to play stronger people. I f you are a hobby player who plays for fun then I see why you would quit but come on you'll get some great games.

Okay, I'll be masochistic enough to do it this once.

How many games must they have played before they can join? I have faced way too many "new 1200 players" who are a lot stronger than that

Can I play even though I'm 53 points over the limit, or should I go lose a game real quick?

THAT would be called sandbagging and against site TOS

Not if I play someone who's way above my level.  I'm sure it wouldn't take long to find someone who could whoop my butt.

Yeah guess some people go all out to get easy wins huh

You dont usually lose 53 points if they are way above your level.

What I'm saying is that my rating is probably inflated due to a couple of timeouts.  I'm sure my actual rating is lower than what it currently shows.

You have only played 3 games so far really you need to have played at least 10 to get a true accurate rating. Just my opinion though
