Do you think it is better to have a queen or two rooks

In an endgame with very few pieces left on the board I'd prefer the rooks.  Otherwise probably the queen.  The rooks are the fists of chess.  Pow! on the enemy king with that one-two punch.  Shadowboxing.

Usually the rooks but sometimes the queen
