what is "My Points" supposed to men and what is the use of it ?

Member Points: Chess.com keeps track of all of your contributions to the site such as comments, blog posts, forum participation, articles, etc. Each contribution counts for points. This helps members know how involved each other are in Chess.com!

I know this is a huge bump and all, but are the points even worth getting, is there any reward, or is it just for the above reasons, and no more?

You can't do anything with profile points, they show others how active you are on the site

I believe there used to be a free t-shirt for those who got like 1,000 points, but those days are gone. People would just be spamming anyway if they got something material in reward.

dont take it personally,but i think points are pretty useless Chess.com. if points get you stuff,it will be much better here right?

better is never give points voor activity on the site, Points are useless.       Give the poeple rating names for the activity.  Think about chess names or somting else. Or give a chess.com avater extra behind the playernames.       The more you do, how betetr it is.
